SHARKATHON 2026 UPDATE

Venues have been secured; we will have a separate location for check-in than for the awards ceremony.  The location we have used for almost 15 years is unavailable this year due to construction upgrades.

The Thursday through Saturday check-in process will be held at the Packery Channel boat ramp Pavilion. The Sunday awards ceremony will be held in two adjoining parking lots at the TAMUCC campus (Hammerhead and Sand Dollar parking lots).

All timeframes will be the same as previous years.

The dates for the 2026 Sharkathon are as follows:

Primary dates:

October 9-11

Backup dates:

November 20-22

The store will open for entries on Wednesday, August 19^th at 8 p.m. Central Time.
